To make an order you must select your measurements on a product page. Your size can be determined through self-measurement or by using a 3rd party. Suitique provide tutorials to aid you with measurement.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Orders can be changed up to 14 days before your event date by contacting us by email subject to availability. Changes to orders after this day may be possible if items are available but may result in extra charges.
To request a full refund cancel your order at least 14 days before the use date. In the case that the order has already been shipped, a €25 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. You must contact us within 18 hrs of receiving the order, the items must have not yet been used and must be returned in the original packaging with the sipping label provided within 24 hrs. Refund requests are at our discretion.
RECEIVING YOUR RENTAL ORDER
For fit issues, we can send up to one free replacement that is in stock with a length or width change of at least 1 inch. We can only ship the replacement items after the return is delivered.
Replacement items will be sent with a shipping speed and method that we choose.
We will try our best to get you your rental in time but we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, weather or other reasons outside our control.
RETURNING YOUR SUIT RENTAL
Your order must be shipped back using the shipping label provided the next day after your event or on the next open An Post day. For every day after this period, an additional rental fee of €10 euro will be charged. If items are not returned within 7 days of the event a charge of full replacement values of the items will be applied.
When returns are delivered they are inspected for any stains or damages. Excessively damaged or missing items are billed at the replacement cost of the relevant items.
A deposit of €40 is charged for all suits.
After inspection of returns, if the item in question is present and is not excessively damaged, the deposit will be refunded in full. The amount will be credited to the payment card. In the case that any additional fees are applied to the order the amount refunded for the deposit may be decreased by the corresponding amount. After all additional fees are settled and the deposit amount was greater that the sum of all additional fees, the remainder will be refunded.
As well as rental fees, the fees below may be charged as part of your order. These fees will be charged to your payment cart without further notice.
Late Return Fee: €10 per day
Missing or excessively damaged returns may result in the following fees being applied:
Coat: up to €300
Pants: up to €150
Shirt: up to €60
Tie: up to €30
Pants: up to €150
Cuff links: up to €30
DISPUTED DAMAGE AND/OR MISSING ITEMS CLAIMS
If you dispute and additional charges other than the rental fees, you must, within 10 days, provide a written letter, supplemented with all other relevant evidences, detailing why you thinking the charges should not have been applied. This letter will be reviewed and a reply will be provided with in 10 days. An refund, if applicable will be credited to the payment card.
